This is a growing year for the New York Liberty. They’ll still have hometown All-Star Tina Charles to make things fun, but the rest of this young team is just getting its grip on the league. Sophomore No. 10 pick Kia Nurse and rookie No. 2 pick Asia Durr will be a lethal shooting one-two punch when they’re ready. That should be evident in spurts this season.
It’s okay though. A summer full of Asia Durr stepbacks? You’re gonna have a great time. Plus, they have the best jerseys in the league.
